Join Technogym as an Installation Quality Specialist!

We are on the lookout for a dedicated professional to ensure the highest standards in delivery and installation processes across our logistic partners. As an Installation Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving installation quality while ensuring compliance with Technogym protocols to enhance customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Ensuring adequate installation competence across our installation network through e-learning certifications, training classes, and coaching.
  • Verifying the implementation of Technogym D&I Guidelines and Protocols in the network.
  • Monitoring market feedback to identify failures in delivery and installation processes; proposing and implementing solutions.
  • Conducting quality audits on installations to ensure adherence to Technogym protocols.
  • Managing the Snagging Process, including analyzing work orders and identifying root causes.
  • Preparing periodic reports with Country Managers to monitor Quality D&I KPIs.

About You:
You should be passionate about fitness, enthusiastic, proactive, and ethical.

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Quality Management or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in after-sales or installation quality management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of products, preferred experience in after-sales service.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/CRM tools.
  • Understanding of Lean/Total Quality methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
