Join Us as a Part-Time Quality Specialist!
We are a reputable Dental Medical Complex seeking a dedicated Quality Manager / Quality Specialist on a part-time basis with a focus on CBAHI standards and accreditation. This role includes approximately 4-5 visits per year.

Key Requirements:
  • CBHQ certification (mandatory)
  • Strong experience with CBAHI standards and accreditation preparation
  • Ability to conduct gap analysis, internal audits, and implement corrective action plans
  • Develop and review policies and procedures to align with CBAHI requirements
  • Flexible job title (Manager or Specialist)
  • Availability to work part-time

Role Responsibilities:
  • Support and oversee the implementation of CBAHI standards
  • Prepare the facility for CBAHI surveys and assessments
  • Monitor quality indicators for continuous improvement
