  • Brand Representation: Leaving an unforgettable first impression on guests and partners as the face of the company.

  • Enhancing Guest Experience: Providing VIP treatments, preparing guest gifts, and personal touches.

  • Problem Solving: Responding to and addressing guest complaints and issues positively and in a timely manner.

  • Training and Development: Training and supporting new team members and preparing training guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Operations Management: Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of units, managing inventory and supplies, and equipment efficiently.
