Patient Receptionist

A receptionist is required to work at a prestigious medical center, possessing excellent communication skills and experience in the healthcare field. The ideal candidate should be able to handle patients professionally and empathetically, with proficiency in using computer programs and medical appointment management systems.

Main tasks:

• Receiving patients, registering their data, and organizing their appointments

• Coordinating between patients and doctors and organizing clinic schedules

• Managing phone calls and responding to inquiries from patients

• Dealing with medical insurance and admission and registration procedures

• Organizing and regularly updating medical files

• Assisting in payment and billing procedures

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception area
