We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join Dora Medical Company, located in the Riyadh Region. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a key part in managing front desk activities and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain organization and a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
Qualifications:
  • Strong phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
