Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving phone calls from clients and answering their inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Scheduling appointments and patient bookings via phone or in-person visits, and entering them into the electronic system.

  • Welcoming patients and visitors to the clinic and directing them as needed.

  • Registering new patient data and accurately updating current patient information.

  • Transferring calls or inquiries to departments or specialized doctors.

  • Following up on client complaints and feedback and resolving or escalating them to management.

  • Confirming appointments and sending reminders to patients as needed.

  • Managing payment processes and issuing invoices and receipts.

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of medical information and adhering to quality standards and customer service.
