Position Overview:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for various professional services roles across our organization. Your role will involve:
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the specifications and objectives for manufacturing operations roles.
  • Developing tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Conducting behavioral and functional interviews to assess candidates' fit.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Building and nurturing candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience, especially in roles such as finance, legal, HR, and operations.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, with experience in Greenhouse preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
