We Are Hiring | HR Recruitment Specialist

A leading industrial company based in Riyadh is looking for a talented HR Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting internal mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for internal and external hiring.
  • Prepare job ads and select suitable channels — strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn is a must!
  • Coordinate internal transfers and mobility within the company.
  • Screen and assess candidates based on clear criteria.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
  • Track sourcing channels, measure their effectiveness, and propose recruitment budgets.
  • Build a pipeline and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future needs.
  • Issue job offers and negotiate terms.
  • Prepare HR documents and recruitment reports.
  • Implement onboarding plans and follow up on new hires during probation.

Requirements
  • Saudi nationality (in line with Saudization requirements).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Strong sourcing, data analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Ready to join immediately.
