Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, forging connections between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records for streamlined operations.
  • Update candidate databases with CVs and relevant details.
  • Assist consultants with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Screen candidates and record their information accurately.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility for the Tamheer Program.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
