مقدمة عن الوظيفة:
يسعدنا أن نعلن عن فرصة للانضمام إلى شركة الخزف السعودية كمدير مبيعات إقليمي. في هذه المنصب، ستكون مسؤولاً عن أداء الأنشطة البيعية الأساسية لمنتجات الشركة ضمن المنطقة المحددة تحت إشراف مدير المبيعات الأول، الأمر الذي يتطلب تأمين عملاء جدد وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة للإيرادات والأرباح.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للبيعة داخل منطقتك والإبلاغ عن التقدم إلى مدير المبيعات.
  • توليد المبيعات للمنتجات والخدمات الخاصة بشركتنا ضمن الحسابات أو المناطق المحددة مع الحد الأدنى من الاتجاه.
  • المساهمة في نمو الحسابات الحالية واقتراح تنفيذ خدمات الشركة الجديدة.
  • تقديم الدعم لفريق المبيعات في السعي وراء العملاء، والترويج للمنتجات، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
  • تحقيق أقصى استفادة من جهود المبيعات وتطبيق قنوات وطرق البيع الفعالة.
  • استكشاف عملاء جدد يمكنهم الاستفادة من المنتجات والخدمات التي نقدمها.
  • إعداد تقارير فنية وتحليلات للعملاء المحتملين حول فائدة وفعالية المنتجات.
  • الاحتفاظ بجميع جوانب العلاقة مع العملاء الحاليين وتقديم الدعم قبل وبعد البيع.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • درجة بكاليوس في مجال ذي صلة (التسويق، إدارة الأعمال).
  • 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال المبيعات ضمن نفس الصناعة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة، ويفضل إجادة اللغة العربية أيضاً.
  • مهارات التواصل الكتابي والشفوي الممتازة.
