In this pivotal role, you will drive sales growth and enhance market share for RUUD’s DX and VRF product lines in the Riyadh region. Your leadership and technical expertise will be essential in building strategic relationships with distribution partners, contractors, and developers while guiding a team of sales engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets for DX & VRF products.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales engineers, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with distribution partners, contractors, and developers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and distribution networks for market expansion.
- Oversee negotiations and execution of commercial agreements with HVAC dealers and contractors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to ensure a competitive edge.
- Ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management in line with KPIs while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of progressive HVAC sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of DX and VRF technologies and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Established network within the Riyadh HVAC market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
