We are looking for a motivated and well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a regional sales team, ensure they hit their targets, organize team schedules, plan visits, and conduct regular meetings.
  • Key Account Management: Manage relationships with key accounts, handle negotiations, and ensure product availability while keeping an eye on market trends.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with food professionals, schedule product demonstrations, and attend industry events to promote our brand.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, monitor market conditions, and prepare detailed sales reports for management.

Qualifications:
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the food industry.
