Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify availability of room types and rates.
  • Explain guarantee, special rates, and cancellation policies to guests.
  • Accommodate and document special requests accurately.
  • Answer questions regarding property facilities/services and room accommodations.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Input data accurately in the reservation system.
  • Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
