Handling reservation calls and respond to guests inquires

• Greet and welcome visitors warmly.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure the reception area is well-maintained.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Perform basic administrative duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and comply with security procedures.

• Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exhibit a professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

• Booking all Health Club treatments and explaining services to guests.
• Executing POS sales, including retail transactions.
• Checking in and checking out guests professionally.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
• Providing warm welcomes and tours for guests.
• Assisting in the smooth flow of the guests’ journey throughout the day.

• Knowledge of current Health Club trends in the industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of holistic concepts relevant to guest wellbeing in a spa environment.
