Join TP-Link as a Retail Sales Manager!
We are seeking a dedicated individual to drive TP-Link's Consumer Business (SOHO & Tapo) sales performance and expand our channels through major retail partners across Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage key retail accounts such as Jarir, Extra, and Lulu, while also identifying and onboarding new retailers to enhance our market presence.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to drive TP-Link's Consumer Business (SOHO & Tapo) sales performance and expand our channels through major retail partners across Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage key retail accounts such as Jarir, Extra, and Lulu, while also identifying and onboarding new retailers to enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for SOHO and Tapo product lines in KSA.
- Grow market share and enhance brand visibility within assigned retailers across KSA.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and contacts at stores.
- Plan distributor stock and manage inventory sell-through.
- Conduct negotiations and manage promotions with key retailers.
- Identify and develop relationships with new retail and e-commerce key accounts.
- Create annual retail business plans, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct product training and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising and retail visibility standards.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics through regular shop visits.
- Prepare sales performance reports and facilitate monthly reviews.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Sales or Key Account Management within Consumer Electronics/FMCG.
- Strong network and experience with retailers like Jarir, Extra, and Lulu.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales forecasting, inventory planning, and P&L basics.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
