Join BAE Systems as a Safety Manager!
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to support our safety initiatives. As a Safety Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Safety to establish and maintain the Safety & Environmental Management System (SEMS) for our operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and facilitate the Safety and Environment Management System (SEMS).
  • Act as the main contact for all safety related issues, communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Produce and maintain the Safety and Environmental Management Plan.
  • Manage safety risks and ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Ensure thorough investigation of accidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Oversee safety and environmental audits and ensure compliance.
  • Lead the Project Safety & Environmental Committee.
  • Foster a culture of safety among all personnel.

Requirements:
  • Honours degree in a safety-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
  • Practical knowledge of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness.
  • Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
