Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
  Respond promptly and professionally to all online customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and other digital platforms. Provide detailed information about our products and services, answering questions and addressing concerns. Guide customers through the online purchasing process, assisting with product selection, financing options, and order placement.
• CRM Management:
  Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure data integrity.
• Product Knowledge:
  Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, pricing, and promotions. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the Online Sales Team Lead and other team members.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing personalized and attentive service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
