As a Sales Coordinator at Hilton, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Sales team by managing administrative tasks, enhancing customer service, and developing sales leads to foster future and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new contacts and develop sales leads.
  • Respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Understand the hotel amenities, packages, and promotions.
  • Generate and develop sales leads while building business relationships.
  • Produce quotations and written confirmations for clients.
  • Deliver accurate reports to meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Arrange and conduct Hotel show rounds.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach to deadlines, and a high level of IT proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. It would also be advantageous to have previous sales experience and a relevant degree in a sales or business discipline.

710 years of experience in finance, with 3+ years in a managerial role, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred), CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification highly desirable, proficiency in ERP systems (*, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel, fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus, currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
