About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role focuses on business development and sales within the construction and building materials sector, working closely with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to drive revenue and establish long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales activities within the construction market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities and track lead progress.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals with internal teams.
- Participate in project negotiations and discussions.
- Represent the company in meetings and site visits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in construction or building materials.
- Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles.
- Proven experience managing senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience in the Riyadh market is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and convey their commercial value.
- Organized, target-oriented, and self-driven.
- Experience in Fit-Out works is a plus.

- Requires 2-5 Years experience
