Join CRYSTAL as a Sales Engineer!
CRYSTAL is seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales Engineer to enhance our sales force and develop client relationships in the infrastructure and industrial sectors. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and requires a blend of technical acumen and sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Market Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase market share for rubber products.
  • Technical Sales & Engineering Support: Provide technical consultation based on project specifications and site conditions.
  • Project & Client Management: Manage sales from specification through to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor market trends and submit regular sales reports.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering is required, along with 4–7 years of B2B sales experience in relevant markets. Must possess a strong understanding of infrastructure systems and the ability to interpret technical documents.

Personal Attributes: Candidates should be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. A valid Saudi driving license is necessary for extensive travel across KSA.
