Join Salasa as a Sales Manager! We are a leading e-commerce fulfillment company in the Middle East, committed to providing reliable and cost-effective logistics solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee pipeline development and revenue closure by managing two specialized sales teams: Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development (SDR Focus): Lead and coach the SDR team, optimize lead generation strategies, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
  • Account Management (AE Focus): Support the AE team throughout the sales lifecycle, and ensure alignment with fulfillment and finance teams for client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred). 4-8 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a focus on lead generation and enterprise account management.
