Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in luxury markets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients and deliver high-touch service.
  • Sales Execution & Lead Generation:
    Generate new leads and achieve individual/team sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration & Support:
    Work with revenue management and operations teams to ensure seamless client engagements.
  • Reporting & Administration:
    Prepare performance analysis and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications preferred.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality with a successful track record.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and strong knowledge of luxury markets.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Proven leadership experience in various sales functions, including lead generation and both outbound and inbound sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive sales performance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
