We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve BYD’s sales targets in the Saudi Arabian market. In this role, you will lead and manage the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and goal attainment. You will establish relationships with key dealership partners to optimize distribution and customer reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve BYD's sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the BYD sales team.
  • Establish relationships with key dealership partners.
  • Monitor sales trends and provide updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts with sales goals.
  • Manage the sales budget and resource allocation.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Country Manager.

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the premium automotive sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
