Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the sales team for the machinery division.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop sales strategies and customer acquisition plans.
  • Conduct client visits, machine demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and technical staff for product knowledge and after-sales support.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
