As a Senior Sales Manager at Fairmont, you will play a crucial role in promoting our exceptional hospitality services. Our company, part of the renowned Accor network, is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests while offering growth opportunities for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for rooms, meetings, events, and food & beverage services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with corporate accounts and VIP clients, serving as their primary contact point.
  • Sales Execution & Lead Generation: Generate new leads, meet sales targets, and participate in industry events to network.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure seamless execution of client events.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare sales reports and manage sales leads using CRM systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5–7 years of experience in luxury hotel sales with a proven record of meeting targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and sales skills, with a strong understanding of the hotel industry.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
