About the Role

Alshehili Company for Metal Industries is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to achieve revenue and growth objectives within the metal industries sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team.

• Analyze market trends and participate in industry events.
• Contribute to sales strategies that strengthen the company’s position in the metal industries sector.
• Manage key customer accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to align customer requirements with operational capabilities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
