About the Sales Manager Role

swetha SK is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position with a salary range of SAR 5,625 to SAR 7,500 per month. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for facilitating connections between customers with available loads and nearby truckers to ensure efficient dispatching and optimize fleet utilization. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and trucking partners, monitoring shipment progress, and collaborating with warehouse teams to ensure timely cargo handling. A portion of the role, approximately 10-20%, will involve HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the connection between customers with available loads and nearby truckers for efficient dispatching.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide accurate, timely status updates to customers.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with both customers and trucking partners.
• Coordinate with truckers after unloading to assign new loads and optimize fleet utilization.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading and unloading of cargo.
• Proactively address operational issues to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics flow.
• Undertake 10-20% HR responsibilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a citizen of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Language and Communication Skills

• Spoken Arabic and Hindi are required.
• English proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
