The purpose of the job: Providing excellent service to customers, increasing sales, and achieving the company's goals through effective interaction with customers, understanding their needs, and providing the appropriate products or services. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Welcoming customers and communicating with them in a friendly and professional manner. - Providing complete and accurate information about products or services. - Assisting customers in choosing the right products for their needs. - Following up on sales transactions and collecting payments if necessary. - Maintaining an attractive arrangement and display of products in the store. - Monitoring inventory and informing management when products need to be replenished. - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues quickly and effectively. - Contributing to achieving monthly and annual sales targets. - Updating the customer and sales database if available. - Participating in promotional campaigns and special offers in the store.
