Join Mindray as a Sales Representative!
Are you passionate about advancing medical technologies? At Mindray, we are committed to making healthcare more accessible and we are looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance relationships with end-users in the assigned territory.
  • Identify key customers and meet with doctors and decision-makers to create demand and facilitate projects with distributors.
  • Support key projects and tenders in coordination with the Mindray team and distributors.
  • Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through developing operationally feasible and cost-effective programs.
  • Collect and analyze market information, including competitors' activities and customer requirements, to maximize business opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities.
  • Work closely with key clients, decision-makers, and hospitals in the region.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a medical-related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of PMLS products or in the related medical device industry.
  • Experience working with end-users and key clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong team spirit.
