Sales Specialist – Vehicle Protection and Thermal Insulation Field

Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Specialist with experience in managing and operating sales processes at points of sale, contributing to building and developing an effective sales system. The candidate will work on increasing sales, improving customer experience, and achieving sales goals.

Field of Work:
Vehicle Protection (PPF) and Thermal Insulation (Car Tinting)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily sales operations at points of sale
  • Developing and organizing the workflow within the sales department
  • Achieving sales goals and increasing revenues
  • Direct interaction with customers and convincing them of the products
  • Training and guiding the sales team
  • Monitoring performance and analyzing results continuously

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales (preferably in the automotive field or related services)
  • High communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build and organize sales processes
  • Leadership and initiative personality
  • Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
