Are you passionate about the event management industry? Eventers is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive with solid experience and a proven ability to close deals confidently and consistently.

Role Summary
The Sales Executive will take responsibility for identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities into successful partnerships. You will work closely with both new and existing clients to provide tailored event solutions, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate new business while maintaining and growing existing client accounts.
  • Lead complex negotiations with senior decision-makers and corporate clients.
  • Understand client needs and present suitable event solutions with confidence.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture long-term professional relationships.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain records in the CRM.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in the event management or related industry.
  • Strong deal-closing skills with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and structured sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
