Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media accounts, engaging with customers and responding to inquiries.
  • Conduct telesales activities and strive to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Engage directly with customers, presenting our products with professionalism.
  • Follow up with leads, converting them into valued customers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates.
  • Aim to achieve set sales goals and KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms.
  • Previous telesales experience is a plus.
