Join Matar Holding Company as a Sales Engineer – HVAC!

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in promoting and providing technical support for HVAC products and solutions. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and excellent customer relationship management skills. Your ability to convert inquiries into sales is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC market.
  • Conduct technical presentations and propose suitable HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, estimates, and technical submittals.
  • Follow up on ongoing projects and proposals to ensure successful closing.
  • Build strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and project decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with engineering and production teams for timely delivery of products.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales decisions.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support to customers when required.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Engineering (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in HVAC sales.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
  • Existing relationships with contractors and consultants are a plus.
  • Valid driving license.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong technical and analytical skills in HVAC.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and HVAC specifications.
  • Good market knowledge of HVAC products and pricing.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets.
