As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in promoting and providing technical support for HVAC products and solutions. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and excellent customer relationship management skills. Your ability to convert inquiries into sales is essential for this role.

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in promoting and providing technical support for HVAC products and solutions. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and excellent customer relationship management skills. Your ability to convert inquiries into sales is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC market.
- Conduct technical presentations and propose suitable HVAC solutions.
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and technical submittals.
- Follow up on ongoing projects and proposals to ensure successful closing.
- Build strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and project decision-makers.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams for timely delivery of products.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales decisions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support to customers when required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Engineering (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC sales.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Existing relationships with contractors and consultants are a plus.
- Valid driving license.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical and analytical skills in HVAC.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and HVAC specifications.
- Good market knowledge of HVAC products and pricing.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets.
