Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities for Serva's SaaS products.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Conduct tailored product demos to meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
- Gather customer feedback for product team insights.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience is a strong plus).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to articulate technical products simply.
- Experience selling to enterprises or fleet-related businesses is advantageous.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic startup environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and professional English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fleet management, mobility, logistics, or fintech SaaS.
- Existing network within Saudi businesses or fleet operators.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnels.
