Medical Sales Specialist (مطلوب أخصائي/ـة مبيعات طبية)

We are looking for a medical sales specialist with high skills in persuasion and human communication, capable of dealing with hesitant clients and converting them into actual bookings by understanding their health concerns and building trust with them in a professional and reliable manner.

Basic Tasks:

  • Communicating with clients interested in medical services (calls / WhatsApp / social media platforms).
  • Explaining medical services and procedures in a clear and simplified manner that enhances client trust.
  • Dealing with clients' hesitations and objections (fear, price, hesitation) in a convincing professional manner.
  • Converting inquiries into confirmed appointments (Appointments Conversion).
  • Following up with potential clients and reactivating them until the booking is completed.
  • Coordinating with the medical team to ensure a smooth and distinguished client experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales (preferably in the medical field or clinics).
  • High skills in persuasion and objection management.
  • Ability to build trust and deal with clients who have health sensitivities and anxiety.
  • Polite and professional style in written and verbal communication.
  • Focus on achieving goals (KPIs) and increasing conversion rates.

We are looking for someone who understands that selling in the medical field is not just offering a service... but reassurance, trust, and turning hesitation into a decision.


The mentioned salary is in addition to the commission

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
