Role Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate marketing and brand events to align with client goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for successful event delivery.
  • Oversee event logistics, timelines, and budgets to meet project objectives.
  • Support creative event concepts aligned with brand identity.
  • Manage on-site operations and post-event reporting.
  • Handle administrative duties, documentation, and supplier coordination.
  • Control purchasing and petty cash.
  • Develop pricing strategies that maximize cost savings.
  • Submit quarterly supplier performance reports.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management.
  • Ability to train clients on service usage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in media production or creative industries is advantageous.
