At مفيد ® | MUFEED, we're dedicated to excellence in event services. As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our AVL systems and event solutions to clients in both the government and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell AVL systems and event solutions.
- Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals in collaboration with our technical team.
- Follow up on sales opportunities from initial contact through to deal closure.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and exhibitions.
- Provide periodic reports on sales performance, opportunities, and market competition.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia within AVL systems and event solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of audio, lighting, screens, and control systems.
- Proven experience in project sales for government and private sector clients.
- Professional or technical certifications are considered a plus.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in preparing proposals and collaborating effectively with technical teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals, and total closed deals.
- New Business Development: Number of new clients acquired and effective meetings/visits.
- Closing Rate: Percentage of closed deals versus open opportunities.
- Proposal Quality: Timely submission and accuracy of technical/financial proposals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Client feedback following meetings or project delivery.
- Client Retention & Growth: Increases in repeat business and retention rates of existing clients.
- Process Compliance: Accuracy of reports and data entered in the CRM system.
