The Sales Specialist at Target Reach plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling professional training courses and programs to individuals and organizations. This position oversees the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing while ensuring exceptional customer experience and accurate CRM record maintenance.
Sales & Revenue
- Promote and sell training courses (public, in-house, online, blended) to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline: prospecting, qualification, consultation, proposal, closing, and follow-up.
- Prepare quotations and tailored training proposals for corporate clients based on their unique needs.
- Negotiate terms and finalize deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Lead Generation & Relationship Management
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, training managers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand training needs, pain points, timelines, and budgets.
Customer Experience & Coordination
- Coordinate with operations and training teams for scheduling, instructors, venues, and course logistics.
- Support learners and clients with registration, payment follow-up, and onboarding.
- Handle objections professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Reporting & CRM Discipline
- Maintain accurate CRM updates including leads, activities, stages, and forecasts.
- Track conversion rates, pipeline health, and customer feedback.
- Provide weekly sales reports and insights on market demand and competitor offerings.
Requirements (Must Have)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in training, education, or services sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and daily outreach activities.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Odoo, and proficiency in Excel.
Skills & Competencies
- Consultative selling and needs analysis.
- Objection handling and closing techniques.
- Time management and pipeline prioritization.
- Professional writing for emails, quotations, and proposals.
- Customer-first mindset with a strong follow-through.
