Tasks and Responsibilities:

•Opening new contracts and partnerships in the field of facilities management and real estate management

•Attracting new clients from commercial, governmental, and charitable organizations through field communication

•Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
•Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conditions and Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree (in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field).

•Previous experience of no less than two years in B2B sales in the contracts field

•Own a private car (a basic requirement).
•High skills in negotiation, persuasion, and communication.

• seriousness and commitment to close deals and achieve targets.

Benefits:
•Basic salary: from 5500 to 7000 Saudi Riyals per month (determined after the interview)

•Attractive commissions starting from 5 percent for completed contracts


There is a training period and a bonus for two months
