Sales Specialist

Achieving the monthly sales target

- Welcoming all customers directly upon their entry into the showroom

- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the appropriate product

- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to solve all their issues and escalating the matter to the direct manager if a solution cannot be found

- Dealing with exchange and return requests for all customers according to the procedures in place at the time and following the instructions related to reserving goods

- Providing high-level customer service through professional treatment of the customer, listening to them, giving them proper attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer via phone, text messages, mail, and all available channels, and keeping the customer updated on all new goods and services

- Maintaining cleanliness at the workplace

- Maintaining an appropriate appearance and adhering to the complete official dress code

- Following the administration's instructions regarding labor laws that have been circulated previously, such as (instructions related to working hours, breaks, meal times and places, entry and exit, work visits, vacations, and so on)

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Practical experience of 2 to 5 years in sales.
• Experience of at least one year in the contracting sector.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi market and a strong customer database.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing sales plans to increase market share.
• Building strong relationships with existing customers and attracting new ones.
• Following up on customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Preparing periodic reports on sales and new opportunities.
• Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Work Conditions:

• Working Hours: 8 hours a day.
• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Annual Leave: 26 days.
• Salary: Subject to change based on competence, and will not be less than the specified minimum.
