Sales Specialist

This role involves working directly with food products at Lilou Artisan Patisserie in Riyadh while delivering an exceptional sales and guest experience. The candidate understands that the position requires daily handling, presentation, and packaging of pastries, cakes, and other boutique items in full compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

As a Sales Associate, you will assist guests in selecting products for their celebrations, recommend suitable options, and promote new and seasonal items. Building strong guest relationships and maintaining full knowledge of the Lilou brand, products, and services is essential to driving customer satisfaction and sales performance.

You are responsible for ensuring a seamless guest journey — from inquiry to payment and delivery — while upholding the premium service standards of Lilou Artisan Patisserie.

We are a high-end luxury salon located inside an exclusive compound in Riyadh. We provide premium beauty services to VIP clients and are looking for a highly skilled and professional Nail Technician to join our team.

💅 Position: Senior / Expert Nail Specialist

We are seeking a very experienced Nail Technician with advanced technical skills and excellent customer service.

🔹 Required Skills & Expertise:

• Russian Manicure (Dry / E-file technique – very advanced level)

• Gel Extensions (professional sculpting & forms)

• BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) application

• Hard Gel & Rubber Base techniques

• Professional Nail Art (minimal, luxury designs & detailed art)

• Perfect cuticle work

• Strong shaping skills (almond, square, coffin, etc.)

• Knowledge of nail health and hygiene standards

• Ability to work cleanly and precisely

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in luxury salons

• Experience working with VIP or high-end clients

• Procurement Planning & Process Management:
  • Develop annual and quarterly procurement plans based on corporate needs.
  • Enhance procurement systems and standardize procedures for RFQ, price comparisons, and inspections.
  • Create contingency plans for market fluctuations to ensure supply chain stability.
• Supplier Management:
  • Identify and evaluate qualified suppliers, maintaining a comprehensive supplier database.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and lead price negotiations to foster long-term relationships.
• Cost Control & Quality Assurance:
  • Implement strategies to minimize procurement costs while ensuring quality standards.
  • Oversee inventory management and collaborate with warehouse teams.
• Cross-Department Coordination & Compliance:
  • Coordinate procurement efforts with production and sales departments to meet objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and ethical standards to mitigate legal risks.
• Data & Contract Administration:
  • Monitor industry pricing trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Draft contracts and manage the execution and fulfillment of procurement terms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of procurement experience in engineering building materials within KSA.
• Proficient in both English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
