Join Chalhoub Group as a Sales Supervisor in Riyadh!
For over seven decades, Chalhoub Group has been a partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East. As a luxurious retail leader, we are seeking a Sales Supervisor responsible for developing business across Retail Stores and Duty-paid Stores in the central region.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Sell-Out and Build Market Share:
  • Increase sales performance and execute strategies to meet targets.
  • Manage store fundamentals including visibility, availability, and inventory rotation.
  • Establish strong relationships with store managers and staff.
2. Manage and Lead Beauty Advisors:
  • Lead a team of beauty advisors in retail and duty-paid stores.
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
  • Track individual performance and responsibilities.
3. Communication and Analytics:
  • Report field activities and product performance.
  • Prepare presentations and conduct business reviews.
  • Utilize analytical skills in daily operations.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • High selling and retail skills with knowledge in the beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude.
