Job Purpose
Lead and develop the team to consistently exceed budgeted targets for Sales Value, Gross Profit, and market coverage by applying effective coaching, performance management, and operational control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning monthly and weekly objectives to follow up.
  • Follow up with VSRs and ensure the execution in the market matches our company standards.
  • Full responsibility to manage all VSR settlements (Credit Facilities) with monthly audit/clearance.
  • Reporting all required reports by channel manager and management, including competition report, market feedback, and price monitor.
  • Follow up with VSRs to implement the planogram and activity/outlet.
  • Full responsibility for improving the weighted and numeric distribution.
  • Full responsibility to manage expiry date (FIFO System).
  • Customer support for successful execution of core work (delivery, stock level, merchandising, and equipment).

Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Language: Arabic & English.
  • Skills: Team Management, Operational Skills, Experience in locations, Patience and Material handling.

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
