Join Our Team as a Sales Supervisor (B2C)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our direct sales team in Riyadh. At MAISON CARE HS, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional personal care services, and you will play a key role in ensuring our team meets and exceeds sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily performance of the sales team.
  • Engage in field work with the team to ensure target achievement.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics.
  • Enhance customer experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Train the team on effective selling techniques and closing deals.

Main Objectives:
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Improve conversion rate.
  • Increase average ticket value.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance levels.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with development recommendations.
  • Support the team in closing key deals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience supervising B2C sales teams.
  • Proven record of achieving sales goals.
  • Strong leadership and team motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Retail, Beauty, or F&B sectors.
  • Clear achievements demonstrated by figures (Targets vs Achieved).

Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Team sales target achievement.
  • Conversion rate.
  • Average ticket value.
  • Deal closing rate.
