We are committed to enhancing local products with high quality, and are seeking qualified Saudi nationals to join our sales team in the role of Sales Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales teams.
- Develop effective sales strategies and monitor compliance with sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
- Participate actively in fieldwork and site visits as required.
- Resolve issues efficiently and make data-driven decisions.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:
- 3 to 10 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Understand the local market and its geographic distribution.
- Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
- Must be a Saudi national.
