Job Overview
Responsible for directly supervising the sales branches directed at individuals (B2C), ensuring sales targets are achieved, improving customer experience, and enhancing the efficiency of branch teams, while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.
Functional Relationships
-
Internally: Sales Management, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service

Externally: Customers, Suppliers, Partners (when needed)
Tasks and Responsibilities
-
Supervising the daily performance of B2C sales branches.

Monitoring and achieving monthly and annual sales targets for the branches.

Leading and directing sales teams and motivating them to achieve the highest performance.

Ensuring compliance with sales, pricing, and customer service policies.
-
Analyzing sales reports and submitting recommendations to management.
-
Following up on customer complaints and working to resolve them effectively.

Coordinating with the marketing department to implement campaigns and promotions.

Supervising the displayed inventory in branches and ensuring product availability.

Training and evaluating branch employees periodically.
-
Ensuring compliance with internal systems and approved regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-
Experience of no less than 3–5 years in retail sales (B2C).
-
Previous experience in supervising or managing branches.
-
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and sales management systems.

Requirements
- For Saudis Only
- GOSI Registration Required
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Expert or Advanced in English
