Job Overview

Responsible for directly supervising the sales branches directed at individuals (B2C), ensuring sales targets are achieved, improving customer experience, and enhancing the efficiency of branch teams, while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Functional Relationships

  • Internally: Sales Management, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service

  • Externally: Customers, Suppliers, Partners (when needed)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Supervising the daily performance of B2C sales branches.

  • Monitoring and achieving monthly and annual sales targets for the branches.

  • Leading and directing sales teams and motivating them to achieve the highest performance.

  • Ensuring compliance with sales, pricing, and customer service policies.

  • Analyzing sales reports and submitting recommendations to management.

  • Following up on customer complaints and working to resolve them effectively.

  • Coordinating with the marketing department to implement campaigns and promotions.

  • Supervising the displayed inventory in branches and ensuring product availability.

  • Training and evaluating branch employees periodically.

  • Ensuring compliance with internal systems and approved regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience of no less than 3–5 years in retail sales (B2C).

  • Previous experience in supervising or managing branches.

  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and sales management systems.

Required Skills

  • High leadership skills and team management.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions.

  • Organizational and time management skills.

  • Focus on customer service and achieving results.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieving sales targets for each branch.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time work system.

  • Traveling between branches as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in dental sales, including supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve targets.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel.

Languages: Arabic and English professional proficiency.
