Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Saudi Arabia for a Sales Supervisor. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations, manage a team of sales associates, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set sales targets and monitor team's performance.
• Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills.
• Analyze sales data to make informed decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain high standards of communication within the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
• Proven leadership qualities for effective team management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail or a related field is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the fragrance industry or FMCG is a plus.
