We are looking for an outstanding administrative assistant to join the team and contribute to the organization and management of administrative tasks efficiently. The suitable candidate will be responsible for coordinating appointments and meetings, preparing reports and official correspondence, organizing files and documents, and dealing with clients and suppliers in a professional manner. We are looking forward to someone with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure with proficiency in basic computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
