We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and write meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Draft and edit official emails and administrative reports quickly and accurately.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and daily executive tasks.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems.
  • Prepare reports and tracking sheets using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (Arabic & English).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
