Required conditions:
1. The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
2. A diploma or bachelor's degree in management, secretarial work, or a similar field.
3. Experience of no less than one year in the field of secretarial work or office management.
4. Proficiency in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to organize files, appointments, and follow up on emails and correspondence.
6. Good appearance and etiquette in dealing with visitors and employees.
7. Commitment and discipline at work and speed of achievement.
8. Manage and organize the general manager's schedule, meetings, and official visits.
9. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
10. Excellent skills in linguistic editing and formal writing in Arabic and English.
11. High skill in coordination, organization, and time management.
